Eileen likes no.4 – scaring yourself. Personally, I like 5,6,7,8. I like all of the right-hand side of the list, I wonder if there’s a deeper meaning here? Who knows. Good advice nonetheless, if you act upon just one item from these eight, it’ll make a difference.
