{"id":713,"date":"2007-10-02T00:16:32","date_gmt":"2007-10-01T23:16:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.craigmurphy.com\/blog\/?p=713"},"modified":"2007-10-02T00:16:32","modified_gmt":"2007-10-01T23:16:32","slug":"ddd6-theres-still-time-to-submit-a-session","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.craigmurphy.com\/blog\/?p=713","title":{"rendered":"DDD6 &#8211; there&#8217;s still time to submit a session!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If want to speak at the UK&#8217;s premier developer community conference, there&#8217;s still time for you to submit your masterpiece!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for four types of submission:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Micro-Presentation (6 mins)<\/strong>Micro-presentations are inspired by the runaway success of Pecha Kucha &#8211; the &#8220;20 slides\/20 seconds each&#8221; presentation format created in Japan a few years ago. It&#8217;s an incredibly exhilarating, creative experience for both presenters and the audience. Presentations are auto-timed; presenters are up against their own wits and skill to talk for 20 seconds before before their slide automatically moves to displaying the next!  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Grok Talk (10 mins)  <\/strong><br \/>\nGrok talks are basically a short presentation on anything you like!
