You must be rich [via The Times]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During lunch today, I was reading <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timesonline.co.uk\">The Times<\/a>, paper copy.  I couldn&#8217;t believe what I was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timesonline.co.uk\/tol\/news\/uk\/article2500754.ece\">reading on page 3<\/a> (it&#8217;s The Times, please!)<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Lord Hoffmann, Law Lord<br \/>\n<strong>Do you always obey the Highway Code? <\/strong><br \/>\nUp to a point, Lord Copper. Sometimes I lose patience at lights when there is obviously nothing in sight. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Perhaps Lord Hoffmann&#8217;s bicycle is being used for medical emergencies when he flaunts the law like this?  <em>I think not.<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>What would Lord Hoffmann do were he to receive a <strong>Notice Of Intended Prosecution<\/strong> for going through a red light without proper authority or need?
