{"id":471,"date":"2006-12-12T01:22:46","date_gmt":"2006-12-12T00:22:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.craigmurphy.com\/blog\/?p=471"},"modified":"2007-06-14T09:29:57","modified_gmt":"2007-06-14T08:29:57","slug":"forth-road-bridge-podcast-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.craigmurphy.com\/blog\/?p=471","title":{"rendered":"Forth Road Bridge &#8211; Podcast #1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t know what compelled me to do this, but after <a href=\"http:\/\/news.scotsman.com\/topics.cfm?tid=654\">The Scotman&#8217;s campaign<\/a> for a second crossing (be it a bridge, a tunnel or something else) over the <del datetime=\"2006-12-14T23:11:21+00:00\">River Forth<\/del> Firth Of Forth [thanks Colin!], I&#8217;ve decided to record my experiences crossing the <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.live.com\/default.aspx?v=2&#038;cp=56.001453~-3.402328&#038;style=r&#038;lvl=13&#038;tilt=-90&#038;dir=0&#038;alt=-1000\">Forth Road Bridge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve chosen to podcast my entire journey, edited down such that the 75 minute drive is a 30 minute podcast.  I&#8217;ll cover the route south, i.e. from Fife over to Edinburgh and back again.  <\/p>\n<p>Over the course of a week, you&#8217;ll hear a lot of my views and opinions on what&#8217;s wrong with the commute over to Edinburgh.  Editing the podcasts takes about an hour, so please be patient, I will get them all uploaded as soon as possible.
